  First impression, mixed experience with a happy ending. Filed a prescription early afternoon on day one, told it would be one hour to fill. Called to check on status later that day (about four hours later) ... not ready, "check back in an hour" I'm told. Checked in at the drive-through around 3:00pm the next day, still not ready, was given lame excuse from some kid (blue scrubs) with a "chill" demeanor about how they're busy this time of year (is there typically a rush on the pharmacies in mid-February?) and was told it would take about 20-30 minutes to fill. Returned 20 min later, the guy who answered at the drive through this time (white lab coat) was much more professional; got the impression he'd taken over booth duty. Had my prescription ready to go, he also noticed that the price was high so he took my insurance card to make sure it was being processed properly - dropped the price from about $100 to $5 (I would have noticed but it says something he caught it before I had a chance to). Bumpy start for my first prescription experience with CVS but they did a decent job redeeming themselves from what was quickly turning into a one-star review.
